We really enjoyed working with Michele Keith. I had found and had be looking at her and her husbands wonderful web-sight for sometime, keeping my eye on the housing market and had been so impressed with all the information that their sight offered. When my husband and I decided to sell our home, we gave Michele a call and set up an appointment to meet with her. She came to our home on a Sunday afternoon for our first visit. Michele was so kind and friendly and had so much information about the area and the housing market that we thoroughly enjoyed talking with her. We never once felt hurried or pressured. Michele always responded to all my many inquires, emails and phones calls. Always had time to answer any questions or concerns.
Michele got our home sold in less than 60 days and for much more than we had ever expected. We appreciated so much that Michele also knew every aspect of getting all the paperwork through effortlessly on our part, to the best most qualified people to help us with everything else that it takes to sell a home!!….All in all the whole process seemed to flow quickly and easily due to Michele’s experience and knowledge.
We also bought our new home with Michele’s help. She took us to many resales around the area and always had time for us if a home came up suddenly that we were interested in. Michele also contacted us if she had a home that she thought we might be interested in. When we finally decided to build a new home, Michele negotiated a fantastic deal for us!
