As we were not in town, Michele helped us with her market knowledge, plus all kinds of contractors and services that enabled us to choose our purchase with confidence. We wanted a fast close and clean deal which would put our offer at the top of a multi-bid sale, so Michele helped us structure our offer to stand out without paying too much. During the inspections and closing, Michele was a great advocate for our interests and made it clear she was invested in our purchase being successful.
