They know their stuff! That’s the first thing I’d say about Michele and Chris Keith. We just sold our home with them, and were completely satisfied. We sold our home in 4 weeks… this was in a market where 2 years seems to be the norm. Michele knows Las Sendas like no one else. She’s professional, detailed, and prompt. One of my main criteria in a realtor is how quickly they respond when you call.. how knowledgable they are about the area and comps.. and how well they advise you when you ask. She passed all three with flying colors. She’s attentive and detailed. And the one thing about Michele and Chris Keith is they know how to market and use the internet to their advantage. That’s pretty key in a world where everyone shops for home online. I would highly recommend using Michele. Sometimes the right realtor makes all the difference between selling your home, and it sitting on the market for months or years. And on the buying side – a good realtor can find the right home for you, as opposed to you finding it and just getting someone to show it to you.
