We just moved into our new home and we couldn’t be happier…
My husband and I were looking for houses on our own until we were ready to buy. We had called a few other realtors and were anxious to get the process going. All of the agents PRIOR to calling Michele were disappointments to us. (They didn’t call us back, late to appointments, etc.)
We were leery of looking for a realtor through a search engine but we were very anxious to find someone professional and that would see us through the process. On the first call I placed to Michele, she actually answered the phone! I was impressed with Michele immediately.
There are a number of professional qualities about Michele that she has maintained through the last six months. They are: She promptly responds to emails and phone calls, if she doesn’t have an answer – she will let you know that she will search for one, she is extremely knowledgeable about the short-sale process and she is just a good person to have on your team.
Our purchase was a short-sale and took a little longer than average to close but Michele constantly provided updates, even if there wasn’t any to report. At the very end there were some last minute issues that arose on the sellers’ side, but she was willing to go above and beyond to get the deal done!
In our opinion, she epitomizes a true professional!
