We came to utilize Michele’s services by circumstance which turned out to be the best thing that happened for us. We had a realtor and a scheduled list of showings to see on a weekend that my husband was in town. We live on the East Coast and he had a business trip to the Phoenix area. We were planning a move within 6 months and had picked out homes to have our realtor show us. My husband was on the plane flying out when our realtor called to tell us she went to preview the homes that morning and she couldn’t get in..something to do with her key access not working. She agreed to find us someone else but never did…so when my husband landed he started calling agents in the Las Sendas, Mesa area and left many voicemails. Michele called him back within 5 minutes. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable on the area we were interested and very personable. She made arrangements to show the homes the next day with no issues. She was instrumental in helping us locate our new home and guiding us through the process which can be very painful when you are out of town…but Michele helped make the transaction as smooth as possible.
